这个应该是个FOC proforma （免费的样品单），客户应该是为了方便清关，希望你能给客户提供一个FOC格式的PI（PROFORMA INVOICE），上面注明单价是0.0001，货物总货值不超过20（客户还要求一定要在PI上面注明这句话： “Values are customs purposes only. Free of charge.CIF-IZMIR”）---希望对1楼有帮助幸会！
