Here our customs taxes, fees, sea fright charges and other charges are more. So the cost price itself for us is coming more than double. Also your products are big in size so the quantity will be less in a container. So give a better price. I don’t want the customers turn back when they hear the price. Can you send one or two samples immediately? My customers want to see the product before giving orders. We are getting enquiry’s from schools and apartments mostly. Is your product is strong enough to supply schools? Because school orders are big quantity but I don’t want complaints after supply. If I get samples immediately it will help me to increase your order.

Actually I don’t know how good your products are. Especially the slides, swings will perfectly fitted on ground? Will it bear multiple users? Will the fittings get damaged or unscrew fast? Please reply on my concerns!
老外发的,印度的,发了报价,回了两封,上一封是降价,这一封又是降价。四五十个产品的报价,连买什么,数量多少都没确定。这生意,生米煮成熟饭得多久?一个高柜也就一万美金。

sss.m:Thank you for your immediate reply. I will send the list very shortly. I am very busy with my showroom work exclusively for Toys. Actually I asked you samples for the display in my showroom for the customers. So I can explain and detail the quality and product to my retailers and other customers.

We have a showroom of 2200sq ft. Here mostly moving items as per the enquiry are as below. Also I want to lay the flooring materials like KRX-3706,07,01 on the floor as sample in my showroom. Please check and you decide which items you can send to me as samples. Anyhow when I make order I will add few more things for sample display in my showroom. I assure you that you can get good orders if you give good rates.

KRX-1406, 1401a, 2007, 0701, 0501

From above items you select and if you can send other small samples also if will be greatful.

The list will send within two days.

sss.m:I didn’t get a reply from you. I also need pictures of your products in high resolution for printing wall posters inside our showroom. Please inform me which samples you can send for me for display, so according to that we can make the design. I have floor space of 1000sq feet to lay your flooring products as display.

sss.m:完全看不出来要买产品的节奏,只是想要样品而已。每封邮件都是关于样品,阿三也真是够了。

bosunhu:LZ判断没什么问题啊,就是要样品。先摆样品室,然后接待客户。
至于成交的可能,当然是有,价格够便宜,利润对客户来说够大,他肯定有很多订单啊。
LZ坚持合理利润,然后样品及快递收费,这样你老板应该会同意发样品吧?
不同意就算了啊。

知道吗, 我成交的客户从来都不走这一套的,既然价格报了,客户会选择产品数量,然后下单。如果说一个柜都是一种产品,或是数量比较大,发个样品确认啥的都是可以接受的。关键是这个印度人要的报价产品很多,而且好些都是大的产品,少的上千,有些都上万了一套,这些产品我们基本上都是从别家拿的。哪怕他要的地垫样品我们这边也不可能给他寄个1000平方,那都好几万的价格啊。他也不想我们给他寄个一片两片的,这个压根就没啥用。我问他愿意支付运费吗,他也没那个意思。我觉得他的意思是想让我们白送他地垫,然后他铺在他的样品室,具体有没有单是很难说的。

sss.m:We are currently supplying soft toys, small battery operated and non battery operated toys, branded toys etc. But as per our market study and many enquiries for amusement outdoor and indoor toys we thought of adding the products that your company deal with. As I have seen few items there I find it is good for our market. When I come back and take orders with your catalogs I got many enquiries from schools. But they wants to know the durability and quality of your products. It means for school use these will last enough. And in your last mail you confirmed that it can be used and if there is any damage or parts required you will provide and will give one year support.
That is all about my concern on the quality of products. Because I need to pay more shipping cost compared to small toys and as it is the initial stage I my concern till the products catch the market. For that request your support. It is up to you whether you support or not.
懒得寄样品,根本不想掏钱,还动不动SUPPORT.
